Because that's exactly what can happen.
For 2010, therefore, I've chosen a word as a resolution of sorts: Focus.
I will do very well this year by focusing on:
1. What I'm eating
2. How much I'm eating
3. Recording what I'm eating
4. How much I'm exercising
5. How I'm exercising
Today I renew my focus. I may or may not switch journaling programs . . . I'm trying caloriecount.com, but still sticking with CK for the moment. This winter, I'm going to do more in the gym than I did last winter.
I'm still at goal. I'm going to stay there. This is, after all, a lifetime endeavor.
